Presence - change 'do not disturb' gpo or registry global setting

when a user is working full screen in outlook or any other full screen RDS or CITRIX screen, all calls are missed "do not distrub".

How could we change this setting with gpo/registry or any other global setting without changing manually for each user?

  are there any news about manage the "Presence - Do not disturb" option with GPO, registry or with an installation parameter? :)
