I would like to know if it is possible to retrieve logs from Rainbow client applications (REST API ?). More specific: our Helpdesk regularly has to treat tickets about calls (through OXE comm. server) being interrupted or where the Rainbow client is not alerted. It is our opinion that the client infrastructure is the problem, rather then the Rainbow / OXE infrastructure, but we need to be able to investigate what happens in the Rainbow client in order to determine the cause.
