Activate camera automatically in bubble video conference

Now, when somebody starts a video conference in a bubble, everybody's camera is deacivated at the beginning.

It would be easier for everybody, if the camera is activated automatically when joining the conference/answering the call.

  Hi Svenja,

  I understand your request since Rainbow is used globally some policies are involved for each and every country where it might be against to personal rights. 

  So there might be no changes in the camera behavior during bubble calls.

  I hope you understood now.
