Agreed, this is an essential feature, just lost a sale as this was a requirement by the client. They have gone with a competitor as their mobile application does have this ability!

No hunt group, do have a multi-set with an IPDSP. These are inter-rainbow calls, not via PBX.

Is there a way to prevent the desktop app maximising automatically when making a call? Would like it to stay in the tray unless manually maximised. Thanks
