We can handle perfect 2 calls at the same time in Rainbow, and switch from the conversations.
This is becuase you have 2 calls visual in Rainbow.
How to handle if you have also a third or more calls in Rainbow, and you want to switch between those calls. So this users has many calls in Rainbow she has to connect to other users but not all calls are visual in Rainbow.
So it would be great if the Rainbow can handle many more calls, so it can be used for operator.
For the OXO is normaly used Pimphony operator but customer likes to have rainbow instead.
