Hi,

customer asks for the Feature of "Notification" via Mail if an Call or Chat is missed and not read after e.g. 10 minutes.

  Thanks for your request but this will not be considered in the product. This could lead to lots of emails and we don't want to spam the user with notifications he already received in the app.
