THE RAINBOW COMMUNITY INTERLOCUTORS:
With all the Rainbow Community members interacting, posting messages and sharing information, how to know who is who?
The Rainbow Community is animated by four groups of people:
- User
- Community Moderator
- Rainbow Customer Care
- Rainbow Product Team
Located at the right of Rainbow Community name, specific labels are displayed for users to acknowledge the provided information accuracy better and more quickly. That way, when a message is posted by a user labeled “Customer Care Team,” the post displayed is, thus, certified.
What if no one from the Rainbow team answers my question?
Besides Customer Care and Product Teams, Community Moderator also enjoy a specific label. They are active and experienced users of Rainbow, who have chosen to invest some time in the Rainbow Community. Their comments are, therefore, accordingly labeled.
Any user who desires to climb up and become a Community Moderator (the VIP label for Rainbow users) can apply. Still, all users are encouraged to dedicate their energy to sharing their knowledge and expertise with others.
