option key "select current phone" not working on my account

For about 15 days I have no longer been able to select the phone from which to make calls, clicking on the button no longer opens the selection window. 

I tried reloading the license and also the associated any device extension. nothing changes. Both from the web and from the app.
Ok if I try another account on the PC
