RespondidaWebRTC is up and running, but telephony is down, what could it be?

Hi Cristiano,
the WebRTC gateways are not the problem here, they are connected. The fact that you don't have Telephony is that the 2 PBXs are not connected to Rainbow. You should check the configuration on PBX side or maybe some issues on network not allowing the PBX to connect to Rainbow.
If you can't solve the issue I suggest that you open a support ticket at OXE technical support (email to ALE.welcomecenter@al-enterprise.com or directly on MyPortal selecting the product OmniPCX Enterprise)
