Pin Bubbles and Contacts on Top of the List

In order to maintain certain bubbles or contact (person, chatbots,...) on top of the list we could be able to pin them. 

As the list is evolving and getting longer every day with new bubbles and contacts, previous conversations are disappearing (max 40 conversations). In order for some conversation to stay on top of mind it could be interesting to have them as well on top of the list.

  When I look at the existing demands, I find Brian's post: "Adding a "Favorites" Contact Tab Next to the Conversations Tab in the Left Hand Column". You had the same idea! Let's merge these suggestions to get more comments and more votes!
