Unable to log in / Proxy limitation

Hi there, 

we've a client with strongest network policy so we've got some troubles... They needed to install the PC client by using of the OFFLINE installer. The installation was done successfully. The problem is that when user tryes to log-in there is an error message appeared that client has to check network settings... They are using user autentication for their proxy server so I'd like to know how to set Rainbow client to pass their proxy....

  Hi Milos,

  Rainbow app uses the proxy configuration made in your browser so, you don't need make a configuration on Rainbow side. Only, you must check with your customer that the websockets traffic are available into the proxy.
