User on the same Version as everyone else keeps having to update

He is on version 1.51.8 Container 1.51.4.0 which is the same as the rest of our users, However he keeps getting prompted to upgrade rainbow. I have attempted to completely reinstall Rainbow aswell but the error persists.

  Hello Mike,

  Please follow the steps:
  - First uninstall the Rainbow app.
  - Download the last version using the following URL: https://web.openrainbow.com/downloads/Rainbow_Installer.exe
  - Execute the file downloaded.

  Please, let me know if is working after those steps.
