User Class of Service Option Allow/Deny Features

We have had several requests from customer to allow and deny certain user Rainbow features.  We suggest allowing an Administrator to  have the option to turn on or turn off certain features user.  These features would include:

Attaching Documents:  Allow or Deny

Forwarding Messages:  Allow or Deny

Screen Sharing:  Allow or Deny

Bubble Creation:  Allow or Deny

Automatic Updates:  Allow or Deny

Instant Messaging:  Allow or Deny  (I know this one seems to be strange as it goes against one of the main benefits but some companies may use Rainbow as soft client replacement)

  Hi Kevin

  I would have to agree, customers are beginning to ask which elements of Rainbow they can control and to have the ability for administrators to extend these features to their users as required.

  I have seen many different feature requests that relate to your request as well. Something for the Rainbow engineers to consider.
