Why message in my bubble conversations are auto delete .

I found the problem in the bubble group rainbow app ,after send the message in the group  the message is auto delete and can't  find the old conversation .

what the problem in my account or application ?

  Hello!

  could you please indicate which bubble is concerned (I see 5 bubbles attached to your account)?

  It would be nice of you to provide us with the logs so that we can have a look at the issue.
