Telephony in Node SDK

Hi.
I'm developing a Node App in production Rainbow platform.
I need to access the current call that the users of my company receives.
I'm using version 1.64.0 from RainbowSDK.
I have the PBX configured with CTI and WebRTC.
I'm trying to use the methods to get calls like rainbowSDK.telephony.getActiveCall(), rainbowSDK.telephony.getActiveCalls() and rainbowSDK.telephony.getCalls() and i'm getting null or empty array in all methods.

What's the problem?

  Hello,

   

  Do you have the telephony events when you connect to official Rainbow Web UI  (popup about incoming) ?

  Note that the node SDK only deal with the CTI calls events. It is in the backlog to add event about webrtc also, but it is not yet done.

  Hi,

  Yes, in the Rainbow Web UI i receive the telephony events in incoming calls.

  I work with CTI calls events and WebRTC, the problem is why the CTI not works in telephony API from NodeJS.

  Could you call the following APIs to see the status of PBX link :

  telephony.getAgentVersion()
  telephony.getAgentStatus()
  

  telephony.getPhoneAPIStatus()

  telephony.getXMPPAgentStatus()

  Hi,
  The methods getPhoneAPIStatus and getXMPPAgentStatus returns the telephony status, thanks.

  I want to know if there is any method to take more information about CTI, like caller or start date of the call... etc.
