Chat-bot: Timed out due to lack of ping response

Dear Community Team,

I'm using node SDK version 1.60.0 for chat bot application, and the bot was hosted on AWS server.

BOT going to offline in a regular intervals and getting the following error, kindly provide me a solution...

  Hello,

   

  Well, this error means that the WebSocket link to Rainbow XMPP server is not stable.

  So you have to ask help from team which is managing the network.

   

  Notes that the logs you provided, show us that the Sdk reconnect and the WebStocket is re-openned.

  So the bot should be in a well state.

  The full process reconnection is not logged, so maybe something wrong happens later.
