Rainbow does not search personal Outlook contacts

Dear Brian,

 

thank you for your answers. In the last post you stated that rainbwo also searches local Outlook contacts when an enterprise licens is given.

I am an enterprise user and my outlook contacts are not shown while searching for Persons.

  Hi Roland

   

  Make sure that you have enable Outlook integration in the Rainbow settings of the PC App. Click on your avatar and then go to Settings.

  Then you must restart Rainbow. Once you do, when you search on a contact that is in Outlook, they will be displayed in Rainbow as Personal Contacts.
