Email already in use

The user has previously used his email and has registered. Now i want invite him to our company but it cant join. Should I delete the account? how is it done? Can you invite that email in any way?. Thank you.

  Hello,

  If this user is already member of another Rainbow company, then you cannot invite him.

  You can open a ticket to the support or send me an IM through Rainbow with the user details.We will have a look at it.
