Request to cancel my company

Hello,

I created a Rainbow account a few months ago to take part in conference calls with my colleagues. However, I can only contact a few colleagues through my account and I can’t create bubbles. According to my IT colleague this is because I downloaded a version which is not connected to the company, and I should request to ‘cancel my company’; hereby my request.

  Hello,

  Your Rainbow user is not linked to an existing company. It is part of the default one.

  So if an admin of the company you want to integrate can invite you, it should work.
