Hello, I'm trying to use REST APIs with Sanbox profile, but I got 401 unauthorized error. I checked my Sanbox account ant it said STATUS SUCCEEDED.

Are there anything I can try to solve the issue?

  Hi Hiro,

  I think you do not use the correct credentials for your sandbox account.

  Your main Rainbow account that you use to connect to the Rainbow API Hub developer portal is linked to the production platform (not sandbox). When you activate your sandbox account, you receive an email containing your sandbox account credentials (that are not the same as for the production platform).

  In your code, you should use these specific sandbox credentials, and connect to https://sandbox.openrainbow.com. There is more information here https://hub.openrainbow.com/#/documentation/doc/rest/Getting_Started .
