Limit of participants on a bubble

Hi

Can you tell me the limit of how many participants can have a bubble??

A customer of me tells me that he can not add more than 45.

Please tell me if there is an official document for Rainbow limits.

  Olivier Vaillant was faster than me! He's right, you 'll have all details in the feature list.

  If the behaviour of the functionality encountered by your customer does not conform to what is described in the document, please open a ticket to the support.

  You should add until 300 participants wtih the "Enterprise" license

  What is the licence for the owner of the bubble?

  The Rainbow application is up to date?  (2.111.0)

  if it is Business or Enterprise, you should open a service request to Alcatel-Lucent to check why you have this behavior?

  You mean that all participants should have Enterprise license ??

  Now in the bubble are users with all 3 license types (essential , business & enterprise)

  No, the limitation is on the owner of the bubble, the participants can have Essential,Business or Enterprise

  I do confirm the participant number with Enterprise licence = 300 participants

  2..111 is the latest RB version indeed
