Custom-manifest V2 - ${caller.lastName} Problem

I followed the "Launch external applications on an incoming phone call v2" document.

It works but I don't get the caller Name with "on-incoming-pbx-call-actions"

${caller.lastName} returns the caller.phoneNumber and
${caller.firstName} is empty.
${caller.phoneNumber} and ${localUser.*} works as expected.

And "on-answering-incoming-pbx-call-actions" does nothing.

Did I miss something? I use verion 2.112.12
