Direct feedback with emoticons

What about a simple solution to give a "direct feedback" with an emoticon to a posting in a chat?
Sometimes it is easier to react with an emoticon instead of writing a new answer.
Other platforms (i.e. MS Teams) have this feature realized since a long time....
