    If you are using the Rainbow Hub, please note that only certain SIP devices are fully compatible. The Grandstream GXP16XX series may encounter connectivity limitations, as outlined in our https://support.openrainbow.com/hc/en-us/articles/360021940099-Generic-SIP-devices link.

    To investigate further, we recommend:

    1. Verifying your device’s firmware is up to date.

    2. Checking SIP/network settings (NAT, firewall, QoS).

    3. Confirming Rainbow Hub configuration aligns with supported devices.

    Thanks for responding.

    The problem was the TLS configuration. I had to set this configuration "SIP URI Scheme When Using TLS" to SIP, instead the SIPS, and choose the "Enable and Forced" SRTP option. It´s working now.
