Divert no reply timer per user

Hi

can Rainbow Hub have a divert no reply timer per user rather than system wide please. When replacing systems with RBH it causes alot of complaints.

It is a standard feature on OXO (dynamic routing) and OXE so thought it would be the same on RBH.
