    Good day to you.

    We understand that the audio device connected to the Windows 11 got disconnected and started to work on device speaker for the Rainbow application?
    Could you let us know whether you have connected to any Bluetooth devices in Windows? 
    Kindly create a support case with the Rainbow with details to analyze more about this issue.
