API doubt

Hello,

I'm developping a nodejs process that uses rainbow SDK (it's called ProjectForALE)

I've noticed that at moment the connection between the sdk and the rainbow platform is no more established

so the SDK try to restablish this connection each 2 minutes. (you can see the attached logs)

In these period I'm not able to add a new user neither to create a new bubble

I have encounter the problem yesterday, and I has activated the Rainbow logs (I don't have them anymore) I noticed that the error comes from the XMPP channel

Also I have noticed that the chatbot generates a lot of messages

Could you please also share the versions from logs (Node version, API version, ... at the top of the logs).

We didn't find the
"info: Connection to Rainbow platform is established correctly ..."
in Node.js SDK logs.

You may share them for example by https://framadrop.org/ for example
