GUI automatic adjust according to monitor's size

I strongly suggest you to modify Rainbow GUI for desktop+WEB versions.
We lose a lot of left-right borders, without any useful info:

Rainbow could take advantage of these empty spaces, maximizing the visible interaction area.

  Absolutely. Please also make the different areas of the screen resizable. For instance, when I am looking at a remote presentation, I currently have only the options between "tiny"  in the windowed mode, or full screen mode, but then I cannot do or see anything else.

  Me either. I wanted to broadcast a workhsop at my hospital to my collegues at a conference hall through Rainbow which is our corporate communication tool but the output video image was so narrow that I had to switch to Zoom.
