Good evening,
I'd need to get to cancel the Alascom company association for the following rainbow user: 
salvatore.tramonte@alascom.it
because a wrong company was created by the user by mistake in which he is the only member and now, as administrator, I can't put him in the correct alascom company.
We have tried to delete it manually but we are not allowed to do so.

In the answer to my mail, take in copy also salvatore.tramonte@alascom.it

  Hi Alessio,

  the account of salvatore tramonte has been moved to the right company (-IT) and the wrong company deleted.

  Natalie, how can one delete a user with two accounts one of which is not under our company management and the user has no longer access to his old email for password renewal as he has changed employers?
