Dears,

I need Your help
i have Alcatel-Lucent 8001 DeskPhone and when i make static ip address for ip phone and reboot 
the phone reset configuration every reboot time,
i try firmware update but give me error 

 

plz help me

  Hi Ahmad,

  As Olivier told you you'll have to contact your Reseller so that he can report the issue to ALE-I.

  Here, it's only for Rainbow

  If you have a issue with your phone, you have to open a service request to ALE (or you BP to do it)

  i try to contact with alcatel but don't find any direct contact or portal to make ticket 

  did you have url or support email to contact
