Rainbow Hub - Allow Set-PC and App to all call together

Hi

in Rainbow Hub users of an M3/5/7 set + PC app get very confused on what to use. But more so why it is designed to use the set or app and not both at the same time. We have installed 4 of these systems and it causes a world of pain. They all say the same thing, why cant it simply in default ring all devices and give the choice to choose otherwise?
