Handling Calls in Rainbow SDK Without CallKit (One App Mode)

Apple restricts CallKit in Single App Mode (MDM locked), preventing Rainbow from handling incoming calls through the native iOS call interface.

Since my app is locked in single-app mode, I need to manage all call events within the app itself.

Is there a way to handle incoming calls directly within the app, allowing Rainbow to provide a method for answering calls?

Questions:

1. What is the correct way to handle the calls without relying on CallKit?
2. Is there any official documentation on this?

Any guidance would be appreciated! 🚀

  Hello Pankaj,

  The Rainbow application is based on CallKit, and the SDK relies on the presence of CallKit. “Single App Mode” disables CallKit; therefore, we do not guarantee proper functionality in this mode.
