Presence of users in your own company without adding them to your network
Hello, one of our customers is moving his Enterprise and CallCenter environment from a full on premise cloud to a hybrid cloud where we plan to use Rainbow as a replacement for the outdated CC-Agent application.
using Rainbow to log-in/out on several types of devices works fine and though it seems some features are missing, which make the CC-Agent tool a hard to be missed tool, it seems to fulfill the requirements.
For all the users there is one thing that is a little annoying though, when a new user is added to the Rainbow Tenant, his or her (telephony) status is not visible in the application, it is to say not before you add this new user to your network.
Now I am not sure if it was the case it worked before, but it seems to me that somewhere down the road this feature has been changed maybe as a result of ongoing progress or maybe it has a relation to privacy options in several countries I don't know.
As this is a feature has some similarities to Set Supervision it is a little different as the key question in this case is, Is it possible to show the status/presence of a new user within your own company network as soon as this user is added and active within this environment.

some new features about presence display inside a company. For the moment, this configuration is only available on request to technical support.
