My phone is part of a group of operators. When a colleague responds to an incoming call, this is reported to me as lost. In other applications like Pimphony is correctly notified as "Answered by another user" 

Every day they collect a large amount of missed calls, actually answered and managed by another user.

This is not correct

  Hunting groups are not considered in Rainbow. As a consequence, dedicated events and messages (like the one you mentioned) will not appear. And this is why you have missed call events in your call history.
