Enable a user to change from 'Private' to 'Public' themselves

Hi, 

One of our partners in the UK has provided us with some feedback regarding enabling users to change their accounts from 'Private' to 'Public' or vice versa themselves. For example, if I belong to a 'Public' company on Rainbow and I want to change my profile to 'Private' I should be able to do so without having to ask my administrator.
