Meeting menu options are missing - can't desktop sharing!

Hello,

I've Rainbow App 1.63.2 connected to a OXO Connect Evolution R3.2 with Serviceplan "Enterprise Conference". But with Firefox Browser it's the same.

After joining to my personal conference bridge, i missed some menu options like desktop sharing, Mute and Disconnect.

 

It should look like this, especially point 5

  We are having the same issue as well....without the functionality the use of the meeting is not productive. We have raised a support call with ALE to highlight this issue. Hopefully there will be a resolution soon!

  Since yesterday the 3 buttons are displayed correctly, but now, the presence status from all conference users switched after joining the meeting from red to green.

  My Meetings are still faulty and do not show the three buttons still. Its impossible to share a screen in a meeting call. I have the Enterprise Conference License.
