Hi,

we are using Rainbow in combination with Microsoft Teams, so we installed the Rainbow for Teams client. Everything works pretty fine, but we have 1 big issue.

When you are in a Teams meeting or presenting something in Teams and you get a call through the Rainbow client, you can't reject the call. When we click the red telephone icon to reject the call, nothing happens. The ringtone keeps ringing and the call continues. This is extremely annoying when you are in a Teams meeting. You can hardly understand the people on the other end of the call.

Do other people have the same issue?

Rainbow for Teams client 1.70.8
Rainbow Telephony plugin in Teams 1.5.1
WebRTC server 1.75.3-296

  I really don't understand why this forum is so absolutely unresponsive. I know I also respond very late but that is because I suddenly saw this post while searching for Rainbow software.

  The Teams issue is known to me, I even created an SR for this Teams issue. The SR is open for over a year now and still no solution.

  Too bad Rainbow explanation and aftercare is not good.
