Rainbow add new user - make it one step

Hi

a huge issue and complaint we find with Rainbow on OXE (and OXO) is that it is a two step process to add users, ie on the OXE then on the Rainbow portal. Customers find this cumbersome and inefficient. When will the creation of both be a one step process from AD, 8770 or Rainbow.

It does cause alot of explanation to customers that see it as very time consuming to add users or change names. Please, can something be added to automate this?
