Hi,

i want to invate a user to my Company but this user has created an account by himself and also a Company now it isn't possible to invate the User.

How can i solve this Problem?

  Hi Bosko,

  In this case, you will need to contact your Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise reseller who can open a support ticket to move the user to your company.
