  1. Log in to Rainbow and Finalize your Account
  2. Access the Company Administration Panel
  3. Complete Information about your Company
  4. Check the Licenses and Telephone Services Subscribed by your Company
  5. Create your Company Members and Configure their Main Settings
  6. Configure Telephone Services for your Company Members
  7. Modify the Public Number of your Company

Access the Company Administration Panel

  1. From your Rainbow application, click on the Manage your customers icon at the bottom of the left panel
  2. Still in the left panel, click on My company

The company administration panel opens.

You are now ready to administrate your company.
The main menus are:
• Information
• Members
• Subscriptions
• Communication
• Business directory

All these menus will be reviewed in the following sections
