You can assign your company members telephone numbers (internal extension number and public number) and a deskphone (IP telephone device). These telephone services are provided by the voice equipment associated to your company in Rainbow.
Assigning a public number to a company member is optional. Company member can still make outgoing call. In this case, the calling number seen by the called party is the public number of the company.
