Assistance Needed with Alcatel 8088 and Rainbow App
I am reaching out regarding an issue with our Alcatel 8088 telephone and the Rainbow app. The device was functioning properly until recently, when the Rainbow app stopped connecting.
After performing a factory reset, I was able to download the Rainbow app, and it worked again. However, after a power reset, the problem reoccurred. Each time, the factory reset resolves the issue temporarily, but we cannot continue to do this.
Could you please help us find a permanent solution?
