Call control popup not displayed in Rainbow business Telephony

I have a problem that the official support (via support in the Rainbow business telephony application in Teams) does not answer despite 3 open tickets.
I need to deploy the Rainbow solution + Rainbow business telephony application on a hundred PCs for a switch to softphony.
As part of my tests, I'm deploying a gpo which calls a script that allows me to install the 3 prerequisites before installing the Heavy client. The Rainbow business telephony application is distributed via the Microsoft Teams Administration Center.
The solution works correctly with one exception: the popup that allows control during a call is not displayed:
(whereas the call notification popup does display).
As a result, I'm stuck and can't continue the deployment, can't hang up or dial voice frequencies via a keyboard.
Does anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?

Hello Renaud,
sad to here you didn't get any feedback on your official support requests through the app. You need to know that these support requests are send to your Rainbow reseller and not directly to the Rainbow support team.
Regarding the issue description it is the first time I hear about something like that, we need to have a deeper analysis of the logs so I suggest that you contact your Rainbow reseller, he acn then open a ticket at ALE Rainbow support team.
