Taken Calls are being shown as Missed Calls
BeantwortetGood Day Everyone,
We currently have a problem for some Users that are taking calls from External Partners. In their call log the User is shown to have talked for 4m 28s as well as the same phone number having called on the same Time but being shown as a missed call.

Anyone experienced this before ?

Hi Christoph,
this should not happen, can you please contact your ALE Rainbow reseller so that he opens a support ticket?
We need to make a deeper analysis to understand why this occurs.
