    Hi Jin,

    it's not an issue with the WebRTC gateway, it's the PBX that is not connected to Rainbow cloud.
    I see also that your PBX version is very old, I'll suggest to contact your ALE reseller to check the PBX connectivity and highly recommend that you consider an upgrade of the PBX to latest version.

    In case the issue can get fixed your ALE reseller can open a support ticket at ALE.welcomecenter@al-enterprise.com
