Unable to access account on mobile

I created an account yesterday on my pc running windows 11.  I followed all the steps correcly and have an account.

I then downloaded the app from the app store (apple) - everytime i try to sign in with the details I used on the pc I get an error message.

I have pending invites but cant access them from my mobile and can´t see them on my pc account.  please help
