Possible presence bug - showing different away times in iOS app vs. desktop

Hello,

We are just getting started out with Rainbow here at my company and I've noticed that the iOS app seems to be correctly (what I think is correct) tracking away times but the desktop app is not. 

Here is a screenshot of my desktop app this afternoon:

 

And here are some of the same people in the iOS app with different (correct) away times:

It seems like the desktop app is showing the time since the desktop phone was last "busy" which is every time it rings. I think the iOS app is more correct since we don't really care how long it's been since their desk phone last rang, we really care if they are at their computer or not.

  Hello,

  You are right, I have reproduced a similar inconsistancy. It seems that sometimes the desktop app does not show the good away time, whereas it is correct on ios or android apps.

  I am going to open a case on R&D side. I will let you know their feedback.
