start conference doesnt work for a specific user in my company

Hello everyone

 

i have around 20 users in my company that have openrainbow desktop app 1.7.1.8

 a specific user when he creates a bubble and adds participants whenever he clicks on start conference nothing happens at all. the button is not greyed out but if he clicks it nothing happens

 

he is able to create a bubble but cant start the conference

any ideas?

  Hello,

  please ensure that he has a microphone, without it's not possible to start an bubble conference and of course he need a Rainbow Enterprise license.

  when i go to settings the test for microphone and camera works just fine.

  also we have the enteprise demo license currently.

  Hello,

  you can try with this user on a different device or with a working user account on the users device.

  Also check privacy settings for the user in the past there was a Bubble issue when user is closed / isolated.

  i have tried his account on another device, it works fine :/

  i am really confused

  1 to 1 conference works bubbles dont on his machine.

  Hello,

  same issue was reported by other users in: https://support.openrainbow.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360008619999--Start-Conference-Button-doesn-t-work-for-an-organizer-

  If the problem is still present in the latest Rainbow Version you may open a ticket and attach your logs.

  Please keep the community updated how it was fixed after closing the ticket.
