start conference doesnt work for a specific user in my company

    Hello,

    please ensure that he has a microphone, without it's not possible to start an bubble conference and of course he need a Rainbow Enterprise license.

    when i go to settings the test for microphone and camera works just fine.

    also we have the enteprise demo license currently.

    Hello,

    you can try with this user on a different device or with a working user account on the users device.

    Also check privacy settings for the user in the past there was a Bubble issue when user is closed / isolated.

    i have tried his account on another device, it works fine :/

    i am really confused

    1 to 1 conference works bubbles dont on his machine.

    Hello,

    same issue was reported by other users in: https://support.openrainbow.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360008619999--Start-Conference-Button-doesn-t-work-for-an-organizer-

    If the problem is still present in the latest Rainbow Version you may open a ticket and attach your logs.

    Please keep the community updated how it was fixed after closing the ticket.
