Missing VoIP

I'm having a problem with Rainbow Telephony in Microsoft Teams.
The VoIP option is missing from the telephony settings section.
Does anyone know why? We have already reinstalled Rainbow and Teams.

Olivier is right, we do not provide anymore support for the Rainbow connector version 2 and we highly recommend to upgrade to the new version 3. There is no upgrade from v2 to v3, you'll have to remove the V2 Add-in and install the V3. Also install the Rainbow Desktop application (in your case the old smart app will be detected and automatically deleted before the Desktop application is installed).
