Rainbow: Main Window Opens on Every Call (After Recent Update 2.149.4.0)

Since the latest update, the main Rainbow window opens with every incoming and outgoing call. This is not the pop-up mentioned in the patch notes, but the normal application window. As most of our users would find this very disruptive, I would be interested to know if and how this can be fixed, or if it will be fixed in a future patch?
